Creating a wonderful blend just for your skin type with the charm of strong natural plants is fun and rewarding in more ways. Essential oils are widely used in natural medicine, and some are known for the effects of skin rejuvenation.

While some of the most appreciated therapeutic oils may look expensive at the beginning, they are effective in small concentrations that make them truly worthwhile. Their effectiveness is well known. For this reason, many of the products made in the laboratory use essential oil ingredients in their formulas. With a bottle or two ounces of mixing with an eye dropper, you can easily blend your blend with the scent and the actions you desire most.

There are a few essential oils mostly used in skin care recipes – you can choose from them at your desired choice. Other essential oils can be added to enhance the scent of your mix; you know a lot of oils used to relieve stress or create a good health-and most natural physicians will tell you that beauty starts from the inside out. So make something you like. It also helps to glow your skin!

These few essential oils for skin care include: Helichrysum italicum-this flower oil is one of the most highly valued oils in aromatherapy because it is versatile. Contains a nice scent, contains the rare  "ketones" that stimulates the natural metabolism of the skin, which is strong anti-inflammatory (all tissue damage and aging are associated with inflammation at the cellular level). Lavender oil- "real " or  "French " Lavender oil is the most used oil in aromatherapy today due to its large multiplicity of effects. Like Helichrysum, contains degenerative ketones. It reduces inflammation. It speeds up wound healing. It has a well-known scent to stir up relaxation.

Relieve stress while healing your skin-can you ask for more? The following is rosemary of the type  "Verbenone". It also contains ketones (which do not contain the Senol type) and is known as a blood circulation stimulant and metabolism, which increases the flow of nutrients in your skin cells. Essential Marosa oil is included in many mixers because it has clean and gentle cleansing properties. Last but not least, Carrot Seed oil is the first oil to regenerate a tired, meaningless skin – often due to a lot of stress or high levels of exposure to pollutants.

There are many other oils that have positive effects on the skin (some of which will be mentioned in the mixtures below), and these are the most frequently used. With research, you can find essential oils that will treat some of the skin diseases that are not covered here. Moreover, there are actually hundreds of essential oils available, each with a unique formula and aroma. It is highly recommended to add a little to your mix simply because it affects the fragrance. A few drops of precious oils such as jasmine, neroli, sandalwood or rose can create this aromatic blend that you simply love, and you will want to wear it all the time.

Essential oils are never used on undiluted skin (lavender is a rare exception). Instead, they are added to what is known as "bus " or "basic " oils. Diluting essential oils in the carrier does not only extend to your dollar, but oils are actually more effective that way! Research has shown that most essential oils have more dramatic therapeutic effects at concentrations below 5% of the total mixture. Carriers have positive effects of their own; Besides helping your skin absorb essential oils, they provide nutrients such as essential fatty acids and vitamin compounds that promote healthy skin.

Here are some of the most common carrier oils in skin care: first nut oil-which is pressed from hazelnuts. This oil is the most suitable type of carrier oil for all skin types. It often acts as a staple oil in mixtures, and forms the majority of the mixture. The following is rosehip seed oil, compressed from rosehip seeds grown in the mountains of South America. This well-researched oil does not contain a large amount of essential fatty acids, but also contains retinoic acid, a compound similar to the active ingredient in Retin-a (a well-known cream for wrinkles), but without side effects of drying. Finally, we will remember the evening primrose oil, often included in mixtures of skin aging and eczema-contains one of the highest known concentrations of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a basic fatty acid that may be necessary for optimum health.

So there are the basic components, the reasons behind them. With these, and a few of your personal touches, you can create a great variety of mixes. To move forward and start mixing, get a dark glass bottle or two of the utensils to be mixed, an eye dropper and a small corridor (you don't need this, it makes the whole process less messy).

For the first recipe, we will start with a combination for daily use of all skin types. It is created to give your skin vitality and health, while maintaining its cleanliness and beauty: pour one ounce of hazelnut oil into a mixing bottle (multiply all ingredients if you want to work Onden). Add fifteen drops (about two-thirds of a third of a milliliter) of thyme essential oil from the Linalool chemical pattern (make sure to get this type, because other types of thyme are strong to use on the skin). Add fifteen drops both Rosemary Verbenone and Neroli (or high-quality Petitgrain-distilled from the same Neroli plant at a lower cost), Spike Lavender (intersection of almost the intersection between real lavender and sage-Excellent for its antiseptic properties). While it was originally created as a blend of acne removal, it has been good for many people and is now used as a foundation for the skin  "natural " health as well.

For highly sensitive and damaged skin (from chemicals or other means) and for skin with weak capillaries (spider veins may show symptoms), start with 5:1: 1 of hazelnut oils, rosehip Oil and evening primrose (3/5 oz hazelnut, 1/5 of all other oils) ). Add fifteen drops of both German chamomile and Helichrysum italicum, real and Roman chamomile. This blend will enhance the regenerative ability of the skin through the work of alhilikrisom seeds and rose flower, provides nutrients through rosehip seeds and evening flower, and reduces inflammation that accompanies any kind of damage and aging.

To remove oily and acne-prone skin excessively, to one ounce. From hazelnut oil, add fifteen drops of both Myrtle essential oil (use green, instead of red, assorted), Eucalyptus diamonds, Spike lavender, and Rosemary Verinoni. Myrtle is considered special because it dissolves the pores of the skin that clog the sebum, while the eucalyptus calms the output of the sebaceous glands (oil-producing).

If your skin does not have a specific "case ", but looks tired, unalive, pale, or "worn out," try mixing five ounces of rosehip Seed and four fifths of the nut oil. Then add 15 drops of essential oil from Carrot Seed (also known as Queen Anne's Lace or Wild Carrot), lemon verbena (which helps detoxify the skin), Niaouli (gently tighten the skin), and Rosemary Verbenone-This creates a wonderful blend of restorations. For aging that needs to be steadiness that can be used around the eyes-try this cute item: Mix five ounces of hazelnut oil and one ounce of rosehip seed oil, and add fifteen drops of each of Myrtle Essential oil (green) or Cistus or Rock rose and rosemary.

So there are a few proven and real aromatherapy products that blend to be used in the natural beauty system. You can easily mix the prescribed oils and match them to create your own blend, and add any oils you really love the scent (realize that some very few essential oils are very strong and should not be used on the skin-the most common in these include cinnamon Cinnamon, Clove, Oregano and Red Thyme-consult a knowledgeable doctor  If you are not sure about the safety of any oil). A word about buying oils to blend you-do not use anything called "Fragrance oil "-It is a copy of synthetic essential oils which is likely to cause an allergic reaction. Do not seek a good source of reputation. Oils, such as wine, vary greatly from one maker to another. High price can mean a much prettier oil (although not always)-more sweet or almost more oil-you should smell a little oil only  "medicinal "-Spike Lavender is a small "camphor" in general-but it's good that Rosemary Verone should have a very attractive scent. E. Despite the initial expenses, it is more likely that you will continue to use a mixture that already prefers aroma and has therapeutic effects. Although you find the oils you love, you will probably continue to practice making your own mixes for some time in the future.
